The program will deliver 55 credits through 4 terms in 15 months. An innovative pedagogy and a continuous evaluation process will test and reinforce learnings. The advantage of being in a residential program will be leveraged to reinforce curricular and extra-curricular activities for holistic development.
Industry exposure is embedded in this program and will also involve an internship project in a food processing enterprise. A 2-week stint at a reputed Food Processing Institute to align with the latest technical trends and developments is also incorporated in the curriculum.
Seeding an entrepreneurial attitude through creative thinking and an innovation mind-set is core to the curriculum.
