Dr. Dawn Jose serves as Senior Assistant Professor in the Marketing Area at XIME Kochi, bringing over 17 years of combined academic and industry expertise. Prior to transitioning into academia, he served as a Senior Officer at HDFC Ltd. His previous academic appointments include positions as Associate Professor at the Asian School of Business, Trivandrum, and Assistant Professor at St. Joseph's College of Engineering & Technology, Kottayam.
He holds a Ph.D. in Management Studies (Marketing) from Mahatma Gandhi University, an MBA (Marketing) from Rajagiri School of Management, and an M.A. in Business Economics from Annamalai University. Dr. Dawn’s primary research interests center on Social Media Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Services Marketing, and AI applications in education. He regularly presents his research at premier academic platforms and publishes in top peer-reviewed journals.
