The fees is to be paid in six installments as indicated below:
Dates for payment of fees will be announced at the beginning of the academic year.
Note: Fees must be paid on time. Delayed payment will attract penalty.
After commencement of the programme, fees once paid will not be refunded even in the case of a student’s failure / termination or withdrawal from the programme.

XIME is more than just a place to study. I have seen myself grow as a person and professional throughout these 2 years. XIME made me realize the value of "time" and "discipline". XIME made someone who was scared of stages to give back to back presentations and erase the fear. Moreover, It is the people here who make me feel at home. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university with a minimum aggregate of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates). Final-year students awaiting results may also apply, provided they have maintained the required marks and complete all degree examinations by June 25th, 2026 Such candidates are required to produce proof of passing the Degree examination with the minimum required marks of 50%, latest by September 2026.
XIME Kochi accepts valid scores from the following entrance exams: XAT 2026, CAT 2025, CMAT 2026, MAT (from May 2025 onwards), GMAT (2024, 2025, and 2026), ATMA (2025, 2026), KMAT (2025, 2026).
No, XIME does not have a management or NRI quota. Admissions are purely merit-based, and all eligible candidates can apply.
XIME Kochi offers specializations in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, IT and Analytics, and General Management. Students can choose electives within these areas and have the option for a major and minor (dual) specialization.

Yes, the PGDM program at XIME Kochi is a fully residential program, and students are required to stay on campus to fully engage in the academic and extracurricular activities offered. The hostels are fully furnished with both AC and Non AC rooms.
PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutions and MBA is offered by universities. Many IIMs offer a PGDM programme. PGDM programme is consistently updated and aligned with industry requirements through regular updates, after taking feedback from recruiters and industry stakeholders. Applications must be submitted online through the XIME admissions portal. The application fee is ₹2,000, payable online. There will be an additional application fee of Rs.250 if you choose to have a 2nd Preference. After submission, candidates will receive an acknowledgment. Shortlisted candidates will be invited for Group Discussion and Personal Interview sessions. Dates of GDPI will be announced to registered candidates appropriately.
