XIME Kochi hosted HR Conclave 4.0, 2025 on 21st November 2025, 10 AM–4:15 PM, bringing together 73 participants from industry and academia.
Guest of Honour Mr. Rajanarayanan N (Federal Bank) delivered an insightful inaugural address on balancing AI with human judgement.
Panel 1 with Mr. Ajish M. J (Tata Elxsi) and Mr. Naveen Pillai (Avalon Technologies) explored how organisations can engage and empower Gen Z in multigenerational workplaces.
Panel 2 featuring Mr. Eldhose P Kauma (Synthite), Mr. Rajesh R (CIAL) and Ms. Nisha Roy (Aabasoft) discussed aligning HR strategies with business goals and employee expectations.
Panel 3 with Mr. Arun Paul (Orion Innovation) and Ms. Shaleena Panicker (Prevalent AI) examined how AI is reshaping HR roles, decisions, and employee experience.
The conclave concluded with an exclusive session by Mr. A. S. Anand (Formerly of Çelebi India), sharing the powerful “10,000 Lives, One Night” crisis leadership story.
