General

Bachelor’s degree - Minimum aggregate of 50% marks for all subjects taken together (45% for SC/ST candidates).

A valid score in any of the following entrance examinations:

· XAT ( Xavier Aptitude Test ) - 2022
· CAT ( Common Admission Test ) - 2021
· CMAT ( Common Management Admission Test ) - 2022
· MAT – (Management Aptitude Test) - May 2021 onwards
· ATMA ( AIMS Test for Management Admissions ) - May 2021 onwards
· GMAT ( Graduate Management Admission Test ) - 2020, 2021 and 2022
· KMAT ( Kerala Management Aptitude Test ) - 2021, 2022

XIME has no Management quota or NRI quota. Subject to eligibility norms, any one including NRIs can apply. Admission will be purely based on merit.

Specialisations are in Marketing, Finance, Human Resource, Operations, IT and Analytics and General Management. Under each specialisation, there are electives to be chosen from the specialisation subject areas. There is provision for major and minor specialisations.

Applicants who have un-cleared backlog papers in graduation, are not eligible to apply.

Candidates who are appearing for their final year examination and are awaiting their results can apply. However, they should have maintained an average of 50% marks in the degree course until then. They should be completing all their degree examinations before 15th June 2019. Such candidates are required to produce proof of passing the Degree examination with the minimum required marks of 50%, latest by 10th September 2019.

For XIME Bangalore the Programme fee is Rs. 10 Lakhs (payable in instalments). For XIME Kochi and Chennai the same is Rs. 7.50 lakhs (payable in instalments). For Bangalore students International study tour is part of the curriculum. For Chennai and Kochi it is optional.

Fill the application form and pay the application fee by credit card/debit card/net banking/mobile wallets. Applicants will receive a system generated acknowledgement for the application submitted and payment of application fee.

You are allowed to break down the fees semester wise and pay the complete amount over a period of 2 years. In case there is any valid reason for non-payment, you can notify the administrative office and they will surely look into it if there is merit!

XIME follows AICTE refund policy with respect to candidates withdrawing from the programme before commencement of the programme. Time required for processing refund request is 10-15 working days after receiving the signed hard copy of the prescribed refund request form from the candidate.

Hostel

Yes, hostel is mandatory since it is a residential PGDM programme.

Yes, separate hostels for girls and boys are available in the campus.

Girls’ hostel is in the campus connected to the main building and the boys’ hostel is in the adjacent building connected to the main building through a skywalker.

Every room has the provision for both hot and cold water.

Each room will be shared by two students.

Cafeteria

Morning 7:30am to 9:00am,
Afternoon 12:30pm – 2:00pm,
Dinner 7:30pm – 9:00pm

Yes there are separate options for Non-Veg & Veg.

Quality healthy food, close to home-cooked meals is made available for the students, including cuisines like North Indian, South Indian and Chinese. Snacks are also available in the mess.

Placements

The Institute has an active student’s placement program. Through its placement cell, the college provides direction and support to its students. All through the years, it has succeeded in maintaining an excellent record. The institute vigorously follows a norm of 100% placements.

We have a centralised placement system, under which XIME students go through a common placement process irrespective of whether they are from Chennai, Kochi or Bangalore campuses.
