A Moment of Pride for the XIME Community We are honoured to share that our Founder Chairman, Chevalier Joseph Philip, has been conferred the title of Commander of the Order of Saint Gregory the Great by the Holy Father, Pope Leo XIV. This distinguished Papal honour is among the highest recognitions bestowed by the Vatican on individuals worldwide. It is awarded in recognition of exceptional service to society, particularly in areas such as education, ethical leadership, and contributions inspired by enduring human and moral values. The rank of Commander signifies sustained and long-standing contribution, reflecting decades of commitment to institution building, leadership development, and service beyond organisational or geographical boundaries. For the XIME community, this recognition is a reaffirmation of the values on which our institution was founded—integrity, purpose-driven leadership, and education as a force for societal good. It is a proud moment for faculty, staff, students, alumni, and all stakeholders associated with XIME. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to our founder Chairman and President Anil J.
