Vice President in Reliance Retail .14 years of experience with Retail. Set up Reliance Retail in Kerala in 2006-7 period. Functioned in various positions like State business head, Regional Business head, All India HR head in Grocery format in Reliance Retail.
Prior to Reliance, promoted a software development Company in Technopark Trivandrum, Ushus technologies (P) Ltd ( Ushustech ) with 3 partners ( 2000-2005)
Worked in NeST group as Corporate HR head (1998-2000)
Joined HMT limited, Kalamassery as an engineer in 1984 and worked till 1998. Worked in Production planning and HR departments. While resigning held the position of HR head of Printing Machinery Division.
