Management Development Programs
Our Development Programs are aimed towards matching the new realities of a post-covid era, where upskilling and reskilling are becoming the norm and at a faster pace. We conduct programs across a spectrum of segments targeting Industry and Academia.
Leaders and Managers from Industry:
Management Development Programs (MDP) cover skills including leadership, finance, strategy, marketing and in the emerging fields of exponential technologies. Each MDP is an opportunity for participants to test, practice and apply their learning into their own organizations' unique challenges. The MDPs will help develop broader general management skills that are set on track to accelerate career growth as effective strategists and people leaders.
Faculty and Scholars from Academia:
Faculty development Programs (FDP) are designed to cover the gaps between research, industry practices and teaching skills. Each FDP is aimed at enhancing classroom and scholarly skills through the lens of a management perspective.
