Ms. Shalini is an alumna of XIME Bangalore's first batch and holds a PGDM with a major in Marketing. She brings over two decades of rich experience in the financial services industry, with deep specialization in Life Insurance. Throughout her distinguished career, she has worked with leading organizations including ICICI Prudential Life, Reliance Life, TATA AIA Life, and HDFC Life, taking on diverse roles across India. She has successfully led large teams and developed expertise in sales management, team leadership, training and development, and relationship management.
Prior to joining XIME Kochi, Shalini built an extensive professional career in the corporate sector, mentoring teams, driving business growth, and nurturing talent. She looks forward to leveraging her industry experience in the classroom and contributing to the Institute's mission of developing future business leaders.
Beyond academics and professional pursuits, Shalini is a certified Yoga Teacher, Nutritional Psychiatrist, and Reiki Healer with a deep interest in holistic wellness. An avid movie enthusiast, she regularly writes film reviews on Substack and social media platforms. A fitness enthusiast, she was honored with the titles Mrs. India Talented 2018 and Mrs. India Universe Quarantine Queen 2020. She is also an artist with a passion for creating mandala paintings.
