Dr. Paul V. Mathew currently serves as an Assistant Professor and the Area Head of General Management at XIME Kochi. With over a decade of industry experience, he has worked extensively with governments as a project management expert and with development agencies as a consultant. Dr. Mathew specializes in entrepreneurship and skill development and is a founder of startups. He has mentored and consulted for various startups, helping them achieve growth and sustainability. As an author, trainer, and speaker, Dr. Mathew has attended national and international conferences, youth summits, and development programs. Along with membership in various professional bodies, he represented India at the World Youth Summit organized by the World Bank and was selected as a Fellow of the UN-supported Global Change Maker Program.
