An engineering graduate from Mahatma Gandhi University and an alumna of School of Management studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology, Ranjana Varghese is currently the Assistant Dean at Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship.
She is an expert panel member with the Kerala Start-Up Mission and has been involved in evaluating and guiding a number of startups. She has more than 13 years of diversified experience in the field of Information Technology, Telecom, Manufacturing and Sales with companies like Infosys Technologies and Idea Cellular Limited. She is a regular trainer with Indian Cost and Works Accountants, Indian Chartered Accountants Institute as well.
Her areas involve all aspects of management, behavioral, digital marketing and also women related issues.

1) Executive committee member of the National Institute of Personnel Management,Kerala Chapter.
2) Member of the Malayalam Feature Film Screening and Selection Committee of Doordarshan Kendra, Trivandrum under Prasar Bharati from May 2018
